“I’m working on doing some tweaking to our branding – dropping “The Occasional Place,” because I think it tells people to only come here ‘occasionally’. Thinking about replacing it with “Bergie’s Table”, Bergie’s Place, or something else with a concentration on the brunch service, with catering as a secondary focus.” – Pete B.
